埼玉大学では、下記のとおり夏季一斉休業を実施いたします。何卒ご理解とご協力のほどよろしくお願いいたします。
Saitama University will be closed for summer holiday during the period below.
Your understanding and cooperation would be appreciated.

?上記期間は窓口業務を含むすべての業務を休業します。証明書自動発行機も使用できなくなりますので、ご注意ください。
All counters will be closed during the above period. Please note that the automatic certificate issuing machine is not available during the above period.
?上記期間における本学宛の郵便物は、郵便局留め扱いとなります。本学への配達は、8月20日(木)となりますので、ご了承願います。
Mail sent to our university during the period mentioned above will be handled as post office keeping. Please note that delivery to our university will be on Thursday, August 20th.
?上記期間も大学案内?学部案内パンフレットは、正門横の守衛所で配付しております。
During the above period, you can receive the leaflets of the university and department at the security office next to the main gate.
