　The Graduation Ceremony will be held as follows after taking measures to prevent infection with the COVID-19 virus. Please note that it may change depending on the spread of infection. If there are any changes, we will let you know on this page.

１．出席対象者  Eligible to attend the graduation ceremony

学部卒業生、大学院修了生
Students who have graduated from undergraduate faculty, and students who complete Master’s program, Doctoral program, or Professional Degree program

※ご家族の方々の座席もご用意いたしますが、座席間隔を空けているため、会場に入りきれない可能性もあります。また、365bet官网_365bet体育投注-在线|下载@の感染拡大等の状況によっては、ご家族の来場を制限させていただく場合もありますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
　We also have seats for family members.However, please note that family members may be restricted from visiting the venue depending on the spread of infection.

　当日は座席登録用紙(サンプル)を配付いたしますので、スマホ等によるWeb登録または用紙に直接記入し、着席した座席番号や連絡先の登録をお願いいたします。
　In order to prevent infection with the COVID-19 virus, all visitors are required to register their seating positions on the day of the ceremony.
　On the day of the ceremony, we will distribute a seat registration form (sample), so please register on the website using your smartphone or fill out the form directly and register your seat number and contact information.

４．諸注意　Notices

● ご来場の際は、公共交通機関のご利用をお願いいたします。
　Please use public transportation when you come to the venue.

● 受付時の検温の結果、37.5度以上の場合は入場いただけません。また、発熱の他、風邪の諸症状がみられる場合は来場をご遠慮ください。
　As a result of the temperature measurement at the reception, you cannot enter if it is over 37.5 degrees. Also, please refrain from coming if you have symptoms of cold other than fever.

●感染防止のため、ご来場の際は必ずマスクをご着用ください。
　Please wear a mask to prevent infection.

●埼玉県からの要請に基づき、厚生労働省の365bet官网_365bet体育投注-在线|下载@感染症接触確認アプリ(COCOA)を必ずご登録ください。
